Need to buy 13 million paper sleeves for CD's

I could drive around stealing used newspaper from recycle bins on Monday nights and fold them into the right size, but I'd have to make a test run and get back to you on price and supply rate(s).

Edit: Actually I don't have that kind of time, but I would have no trouble finding people who are out of work due to this non-recession that is (not) affecting our current wonderful growing economy, that are bored to death and worried about tomorrow.
