Dog's Poopoo ... DO NOT continue reading if you easily get grossed out!!!
#12
Sorry ... here is the missing tidbits: It was early evening. The neighbor's dog's dark poopoo was not discovered until we both stepped into it and brought them into our cars. There is bad blood between the neighbor and us so the town police highly recommended that we completely cut off our contact with him for our own peace of mind. He's the neighborhood infamous loud and obnoxious drunkard. So is his wife, who has been in and out of rehab for all the 8 years they have been renting the house across from us. When they both are drunk the neighbors can hear their fights blocks away. No, we weren't warned of this weekly event before we moved here. In any event, the dog has been adopted for merely two months. She's a good doggie of a shelter mutt.. She often runs away from that dysfunctional household. She's smart enough to know which neighbors are attentive and kind to her. Hence, we and other neighbors often find her on our side of the street, driveways and yards. Because we live so close to the park (an actual large section of Los Angeles forest) there are coyotes, mountain lions, deers, etc. roaming about. Thus, neighbors don't leave their dogs nor cats outside. She has gotten out of the neighbor's backyard so much that we all are concerned for her safety. Other neighbors have offered him suggestions to secure his fence. He does not care. He admitted to me (we were on speaking terms at one point) that he's not animal person. He's got the dog for his pre-teened boys who are now more interested in Wii gaming.
