Looking for a land-line carrier w/no fees or monthly min, and a decent per/min rate.
I have been using WorldXChange (was Acceris) no-fee @ 4.9ยข/min for a few years, but just got hit w/a "low usage fee" of $2.95 added to 59mins of calls for the month. So there goes their no-fee...
