Preparing the ingredients for a this dish to surprise my woman tomorrow night.
I will use the 32 ounces potato medley (red, gold and purple) bought from our local TJ's for $2.00.
Will be heading out to a nearby supermarket to get some more ingredients.
What the heck is fleur de sel? White pepper? Could I use the usual black pepper instead?
