Cheap but good red wine

There is a poster here with a blog about wine. I should've bookmarked the site, because I can't for the life of me recall who that was. I love me some red wine, especially Merlots and Malbecs. I've had good luck with almost everything made in Chile, and some recommendations from others, but the best way to find a wine that you like is to drink them all.
