Phone to replace RAZR v3?

Mine died, interested in a replacement but don't know current models. I wasn't all that thrilled with the RAZR, it was ok but I'd be willing to consider other brands or models. Would maybe like to have a better camera, some more available volume; I don't care about it being an MP3 player- I never used it for music.

Must be unlocked or T-Mobile compatible, and under $75.

Recommendations?
