yep. sent Baby Buzz & Mrs. Buzz over to Maui to watch it w/ the natives this year.
congrats to the Hawaiian kids, it was a fun one this time.
Baby Buzz was in a tournament on Oahu in 2005, playing against the siblings some of the kids that won the LLWS that year... when the Oahu tourney was set up, the Hawaiians hadn't planned on doing quite so well in the LLWS, so Baby Buzz's CA team won since HI wasn't at full strength. I think the 2005 LLWS team was stronger, and had better individual players, but this year's team seemed more loose, and was more fun to watch because they seemed to be having more fun, plus the kid coming back after getting whacked in the arm was quite inspirational.
