With a major storm approaching New Orleans the dilemma is whether to leave early and get out, possibly looking like a wuss, or wait until the last minute and risk being caught when the storm arrives in bumper to bumper traffic on the 24 mile long Lake Ponchartrain Causeway or on IH10 going through the swamps west of NO or over the east end of Ponchartrain.
