Is creating a 10.4.11 install disk possible?

Since Apple last retail release of 10.4 was 10.4.6, is there a way to create a 10.4 install disk that will boot intel macs that were release after 10.4.6?
For example, I have a MacBook Pro Core Duo that won't boot the retail install disk that has 10.4.6 and I can't find the original disks that came with the MBP.
