Are there even any 7200RPM 2.5" IDE drives available anymore? I had a hard time locating one when I last looked.
What I would do is just get the 250GB, 5400RPM Western Digital Scorpio drive. It's under $100 now and is the largest 2.5" IDE drive you can get. Works like a top in my 1.33GHz 12" PowerBook and provides a nice little boost in responsiveness over my old 4200RPM drive, not to mention about 180GB more free space.
