I bought in at $26 a share as my first dip into stock investments. I had $100 so I bought some Apple and Adobe. The Adobe tanked and then Datek changed their policies and started billing me $15 a quarter. Didn't take long for my account to dry up and I had such a bad taste I went into wonderful mutual funds instead.
Like all things in life, it really helps if you know what you are doing.
However in the current climate, investing or Las Vegas - is there a difference these days???
