What is this? Pop up in Safari with red warning sign saying something about an ip address?

I have no idea what this was about. Out of nowhere, a small window appeared announcing something about an ip address which it showed, but I didn't know what to do with it. It was worrisome because I have no idea what it represented, but the red icon (I think it had an exclamation mark in the middle) seemed to indicate a problem.

Since ip addresses don't mean much to me, except when I was troubleshooting my router or my wireless printer, I don't know what to make out of this or if there's something that I need to do.

I appreciate any advice on this.
