Not exactly correct. Lots of successes reported. If you look at the posting times of the complainers, the Dull site was getting hammered during evening 'prime times'. And, many of the failed attempts were for a refurb, bare-bones Linux version, which are rare.

Just got through with a Mini 9 XP Home, 16GB SSD & 1GB RAM for $279.20 shipped.
