For those who are unfamiliar, See's is like a version of Whitman's or Russell Stover's, except made with good ingredients. Except for the truffles, I'm not really into the soft-center pieces, but they make a variety of other candies, too. My favorite are the Molasses Chips.
Their shops allow you to pick and choose which flavors you like, instead of the pre-packed boxes that are usually given as gifts. And they customarily give you a free sample with each purchase.
They do a great job with holiday-themed specials, including a pretty-real looking chocolate potato for St. Pat's day.
When I spent the summer in LA, I saw this everyday on my commute:
