I just did the math, 22000 messages a month is 733 messages per day, or about 30 messages per hour continuously 24 hours a day.
And you said that's just for messages being sent, the received ones don't get charged.
Do these people have jobs? Do they sleep and eat? Does their boss know what they do all day?
