A friend of mine brought over a USB flash drive to show me some artwork he had done. I plugged it in (he uses a PC btw) and selected everything in the drive and double-clicked. Little did I know there were some "other" files on the drive. I was just trying to open them all in Preview to do a slideshow - but to my surprise a couple terminal windows opened and I noticed one said "Completed" before I quickly tried to close all the windows.

So I guess I'm wondering if there's a terminal log to see what, if anything, happened in the terminal?
