So we have an independent group / union that is employing their constitutional right to exercise
free speech by producing ads to lobby members of congress to pass a package that they feel
will ultimately benefit their membership in the form of increased jobs.
Do I have that right ? The site speculates that the White House knew about and and approved them,
although that is not proven - just conjecture.
They spent their own funds to produce these unlike the Bush White House that spent taxpayer money
to plant fake news stories that ran as real news items in 2005-06. At least by spending their own money
they have stimulated the advertising economy. Also they are truthful about the origins, so if they are
"playing politics" they are paying for it out of their own pocket.
