once again, I'm asked if I will ship outside the US even though non US bidders are already blocked and the listing clearly states US only.
I get a nice email asking for an exception - I usually don't even bother to reply since the auction reads - 'no exceptions - please don't bother to ask'
so I get a reply from him
"Why, is it because I'm black?"
btw, his ebay ID wasn't anything like, "imablackguy' - only way to know he/she(?) is black is by ESP...
