used mac mini (not DELL!) - thoughts on price?

I'd prefer new with warranty and ability to return DOA w/no questions asked.

I also don't like dealing with private parties unless we are face-to-face. But I'm one of those people who think most people shipping used stuff are trying to cheat me.
