I never saw McShane in Deadwood. Anybody else out there remember him best from the Brit show "Lovejoy", where he played an antiques "divy" (Think all of the Antiques Roadshow experts living in one body) with a weakness for a good con and a talent for making and acquiring, um, "knockoffs" to aid in his quest to separate fools from their money? That was another great show. He also did a hell of a turn in a '70s miniseries as Disraeli.
