I would look into an epoxy type paint that can be colored to meet your needs and can have additives like glitter, sand etc. added for effect or texture. A buddy painted his garage with epoxy paint and I can tell you one of the neatest benefits is that a common oil spill wipes right up with a rag with no stains left behind.
