eMusic free downloads... worth it?
#9
I had to read your comment several times to understand what you were complaining about. In all my years using emusic, it has never occurred to me to try to delete something from my Que after I selected it for download. I am carefull about picking my tracks. With a high speed connection, if I am going one by one, each track downloads so fast I can hardly see it in the Que, a few secs at most. With itunes, you can "unbuy" a song after you buy it and it starts downloading, can you? (Again, it has never occurred to me to try to do that, but I am pretty sure you can't).

But, I agree the download manager is primitive, but as software: it doesn't really do anything other than list the downloads as they download. I think there is a way to set it up so that it downloads the tracks right into your itunes library, but I have never bothered to set that up either (I do have to find them and manually add them to my library using itunes).
