Do we need an internet Czar?

You have no idea what is going on in the IT security world. What virus protection programs help to block is tinker toy relative to some real threats. There are far more security threats than you don't hear about.
Yes I agree with a czar. Homeland Security shouldn't be the end point for IT security. |
