The question really should be, "Is an extra 70GB worth $10 on a laptop?" I'm inclined to go with either the WD400 or the Fujitsu 7200. You really need to see if someone's done speed comparisons of the two and determine if the difference is meaningful for your application.
Alternately, route the SATA cable externally to a 3.5" enclosure and get a 500GB 7200RPM drive for the same price. Then you can easily swap drives in the future without cracking the case.
I've done this on my Mini and it works great.
