As gute pointed out, psychotics may tend to claim affiliation with one political group or another. Which is irrelevant, and neither justifies their actions nor implies that all members of that political group are somehow suffering from the same psychosis.
Unless you're some kind of wing-nut yourself. Then any and all associations you make between unrelated actions are of course justifiable proof of your long held opinions.
