Do you have a link to that statistic?
Do most people feel that it is normal or patriotic to joke about nuking an American city?

If someone on the left was to say that nuking where the sitting president calls home, the right was have a meltdown, but this sort of humor sits well with them. All I am saying that his points he floats are nowhere near patriotic and he is more wrong than not. Here he is doing his best to backpedal from what he said and is in full denial mode:

You are right, I don't agree with him. I think people quote him to stir things up because he is usually the far end of the spectrum as far as opinion goes, not because he is factually correct.
Was he right on Iraq, where he was a HUGE cheerleader that said that the WMDs existed? Still waiting on those...oh wait: the administration he stumped for said that they did not exist.
Was he right that the we could not have negotiations with North Korea? Oh wait - we just freed 2 Americans from what could be a death sentence in jail there by talking with them.
Was he right on wanting to wanting to pare down countries from the the UN, saying ..."The Secretariat building in New York has 38 stories. If it lost ten stories, it wouldn't make a bit of difference."

He is a one man opinion side show and he is wrong on just about everything he opens his trap on.
