I never post to these threads - I like to keep my online world unreal. But one just can't ignore such a case. My heart hurts so much for you and your family. I hope things improve...
don't forget to take care of yourself too - it must be easy to completely ignore you own needs when people you love are in so much need.

He's out of the OR and pump has for the most part over for his heart.
His numbers are looking better but they're saying he's still critical
and too unstable to move. They are hoping to transfer him within
24 hrs. I think the one thing that got me was they said he was the
sickest patient in the hospital. They did say that is possible that
the side of his heart that has failed could start back but the key
word is could not would and has long ways to go.
It's like some sorta nightmare that I can't wake up from. He seemed
perfectly fine yesterday and now this.
