Traditional Pre-Stevenote Roll Call & predictions
#11
Cube II. :-p

I guess the predictions really come down to features, price, and "One more thing..." iCloud, music streaming for a fee from your scanned library, new MBA hardware, new iOS driven Time Capsule and ABS (this would also enable them to act as AppleTV devices, obviously.)

I'm going out on a limb to say this time around OMT will be a robotic iCEO. Apple will be the first corporation whose chief decisions are made based on an AI algorithm preprogrammed to match the preference and taste of Steve Jobs himself.

Remember how Microsoft trained the kinect with a bunch of neural nets? It'll be something like that. And Apple will license iCEO to beleaguered but fashionable companies on an interim basis.

Since the iPad2 seems to be so energy efficient, what about a built-in solar array for constant charging.

I always thought the glass back on the iPhone 4 was so later they could integrate a solar charger.

I predict that the leader will use the word's "amazing" and "magical" more than once.

I really, really hate it when Steve, and Peter Coyote in the iPad commercials, use the word "magical." Disney might be called magical, not the iPad. Amazing, is overused, but doesn't bother me half as much as freaking "magical."

i'm here, on & off.

FYI: don't try a WD caviar blue 6 gb/sec in a white Intel iMac.
even with the jumper on the 5-6 pins, the drive won't format.
