I guess it still is. I noticed Solitaire is still a default shortcut in the Start menu.

Update: my first geek task. I added the Downloads folder to the taskbar. http://lifehacker.com/5372830/pin-indivi...-7-taskbar Weirdly convoluted, and yet surprising Windows lets itself get fooled for it to work.
