And your watches, too.

I love the extra daylight, more riding time.

But I hate changing my watches. Most of my clocks change themselves, except for the car and bike, and they're a snap.

The watches are a different story. Some of them have menus to navigate; some have need many turns on the stem.

At least in this phase, stem turning is painless.

I don't mind springing forward, it's falling back that I hate. It's just so dark all the time.

As for sleep, I don't get the same amount of sleep each night, so one hour one way or another does not affect me at all. I travel between Central and Eastern time constantly and the one hour shift doesn't affect me either. I guess I'm the weird one because everyone else I know is miserable when we change the clocks.

Can anyone explain why Alaska has daylight savings time? It's awful weird there in the middle of Summer when it's still light outside at midnight. If anything, they should Spring back and Fall forward.

it doesn't bother me any more or any less than bad weather.

if you hate it SO much, move where they don't do it.
or stop complaining.

I hate going through the change.

Maybe taking Estroven could help.

I could save a substantial amount of money on my air conditioning bill if there was no DST, and I could shut the AC off an hour earlier in the evening.
