Any luck with rebates lately? (Or not)

I buy a handful of things per year that have rebates. It's probably been more than 10 years since I didn't get a rebate I submitted. And that one was a really small rebate... like $5. I photocopy every rebate I submit (unless it's online, then I print out the confirmation). I then keep that in a folder. When I get the rebate, I toss the paper.

Too much trouble; I not only no longer bother, I no longer buy, unless the price is good without the rebate.
I'm zero for three in previous rebate scams.
I value my time far more wasted well, than I value my time far more wasted poorly, on a puny PNY $5 rebate.
