I got two of those earlier this week, two different numbers to call and neither was one of the IRS 800 numbers. Had managed not to get any of these before, just Rachel and company from "Card Services".

Just got another "IRS" call, this time a real person with Philippine accent. She hung up as soon as I said, Okay, the FBI is tracing this call... oh me, jerks.
