Go real or go home.

Wouldn't true "real" milk be human breast milk? Surprised it wasn't even a poll choice.
"Real" as defined in the poll sction.

Regular skim is the house milk of choice; no more than 2% if skim’s not available. Haven’t had whole milk in literally decades.

I’ve cut back in my dotage, but I can still kill a gallon in a day or two on my own if I let the monster out of the box.

I’ve loved milk since I was a sprog, and I expect I will till the end.

Switched to Almond. Was drinking Soy. Lactose intolerance here. Family drinks Almond milk also. Well except my daughter, she drinks lactose free milk. I’ve drank it a couple of times and I do not like milk by itself anymore. Ice cream is another story.

Skim, but only one glass a day.

Wife just tried almost - she has lactose-free when she has milk, almond seems easier to get while traveling.

We gave up on cow milk ages ago (diagnosed allergy in the household). One of the side effects we noticed is that everyone's skin cleared up -- including all the teenagers in the house.

For cereal, use in recipes, etc.; usually either soy-based or almond-based. Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond is pretty good on cereal.

Your mileage may vary, of course, but the general household health improved after we cut out cow-based dairy items.

Dairy free. Usually almond milk, but most commercial versions are far from "clean" and all natural is cost prohibitive. Looking to try my hand at my own cashew milk.
