Got door-dinged yesterday...

No matter where you park there are going to be bleedin' idiots that CAN'T park worth **** next to you and don't care about dings. It is what it is.

Case in point: parked off to the side at the local Walgreens because people drive and park like they're at the Indy 500 plus bad parking lot design. Some IDIOT parked so I couldn't get in the driver's side door and I was centered in my space. Literally...there was maybe 3 inches between us.

Unfortunately I didn't have any ketchup packets in the car. Leaving a nasty note plus putting ketchup on the hood is way better than putting a ding their door. I've only done it a total of 3 times in my driving career.

Careless people can suck at times.

Reminds me of my '84 Camaro. I just had a high end paint job done on it that turned out extra great. One week later I was in a left turn lane waiting for traffic to move when a guy comes barreling up behind me and couldn't stop in time. He didn't hit me hard, but enough to make a circular ding on the plastic/rubber bumper cover. He ruined my whole day!! :mad:

Whoa! I'm sure that raised a red flag with your insurance company!

Glad to hear no one was hurt, and that's the most important point. Vehicles can be repaired or replaced.
