So Long Prime, Don't Let The Door Hit Yabutt!
#11
Yeah, I gave up on Prime quite awhile ago now. Their streaming content is worthless, and I'm willing to wait another day or two for most packages. Every now and then I'll pay for a shipping upgrade, which is far cheaper than paying for Prime every month. Bonus points for fewer impulse purchases...

Mrs. Maisel, Sneaky Pete, Forever, Goliath, Man in the High Castle, Romanoffs. Just a few reasons I like Prime. I'm sure I have forgotten some good one. OH, I discovered The Americans on Prime.

The Americans is an FX production. It's available on DVD from Netflix.

Yes, but the past seasons were available on Prime, and that's where I was introduced to it. I binged several seasons, and then was stunned that I would have to wait for a week to watch the next episode when it was back on FX.

They just renewed me at a higher price than last time. Don't remember an email about it, but, oh well. I think they offer pretty good content and the other stuff like music and cloud storage as well as shipping, seems $10/month is OK for me.

Different strokes for different folks. The first season of Goliath was great, I found the second unwatchable. Other than Man in the High Castle, I could barely make it through an episode of the rest, but haven't given Mrs. M a try.

Like I said, their streaming service stinks.

It sure looked like you were talking about Amazon's Prime, not Netflix
