I was also stiffed once or twice, but it was for small items like iPod chargers and similar, and I was only asking for shipping, around $3-5 back then. I was surprised that they never send money for payment, but it was a small amount and I decided it was not something I wanted to deal with so I let it go. I can't even remember who it was at this point, but I did learn the lesson to not ship until I have received payment.

Folks, this is a nice sentiment, but not doing anything is a disservice to the rest of us. Hell, it should be an unwritten rule that a bad deal gets reported.

One would think after being lied to about sending money for shipping Dan would stop and/or change his method of collecting money after 2-3 times. But SIX TIMES? But hey, I won't shame the victim here. Out the the handle names of the people who owe you money. And when I say "out" them, I mean list their made-up online forum name. As a reminder for them to pay what they owe.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over the powers that be suspending their free MRF accounts until payment is made. That's just Fd up. To not only take advantage of your generosity but also stealing money from you by not paying for the promised shipping costs.

I bet you have 20+ PMs right now from lurkers asking for free Mac Minis. Remember, it's human nature to grab grab grab when something is offered for free. Most people who ask for a MacMini don't really *NEED* a 6 year old MacMini. They just want it because it's free. F.O.M.O. is a real condition.
