Best OTC remedy for a general moderate headache?

It got better after I ate and aspirin made it even better. There's still a little residual pain.

Hah. Tylenol does nothing for me. I take 800mg of Ibuprofen for what ails me.

If your headache is days long, it maybe worthchecking in with the doc. But most headaches are probably dehydration or sinus issues (allergies). Sleep is also a big factor with me.
