The updates to Notes and Reminders and Maps are worth the update all alone. Dark Mode sounds great too.

Watch OS took all of 3 hours. On the plus side it originally said it would take 27 hours...so, yeah, 3 hours.

WatchOS finished after 2 1/2 hours (yes, on the charger, yes over 50%).Getting used to some of the changes, but so far OK.
BUT... putting the Watch App Store on the watch ONLY is dumb. Very dumb. No 'categories', just promotional stuff. Have to search to find anything, and that involves keyword familiarity. Ugh.

Notes, reminders and maps are much improved indeed.
Have not taken a look at photos.
Underwhelmed by the Home app, because I was expecting new cam features. I’d like to have a notification threshold for sensors.
I really like dark mode. It took me a little to get used to it n the computer, but now I’m happy it’s on my phone too. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it will also make a difference for battery life.
WatchOS, updates always pull my leg. I never know when they are ready until I venture and key in the password.
Love the noise app, and voice memos. Maybe I’ll get rid of OTR.
It seems more fluid in general, more responsive perhaps.
