I don’t think birth control choices even register on my weird scale unless there is an attempt to withhold it from people as the owners of hobbie lobby do.

It’s about intentionally producing as many children as possible with no education so that white people can overtake the United States government and plunge into a theocracy. And that’s just the polite stuff. It was so incredibly deep it’s frightening.

I called Josh Duggar when he was doing the radio show and asked about his lesbian aunt. There’s articles about it online. The Duggers are horrible people, it’s beyond the pale.

Some of you forget these people are in my backyard and we’ve been reading about them for awhile. They’re not merely conservative. They had a traumatic event early in their lives (miscarriage or stillborn child) and their response was it was some kind of punishment from god (for their promiscuity?) and therefore better have as many children as possible. As part of this response they also prevent their children from having normal relationships with the opposite sex (you can look up the details). They try to hide serious issues from the authorities, feeling it’s better dealt with ‘internally’ (and their belief system renders them incapable of dealing with such issues properly). They are nice people otherwise.

Sad saga continues after his reality TV family...

Perhaps "surreality" family would be a more appropriate designation?

I would not put Josh in the nice person category

His wife is a concern too. What is she I thinking?

Yes, wives are complicit in these affairs for some reason. I knew of a guy (youth pastor at a local Baptist church) who had arrived from an out of state church fleeing ‘pedo’ allegations. The church from which he was fleeing did not turn him into police. Then he started doing it here. The church here did not turn him in either. After multiple allegations though, the police finally arrested him. All through this his wife stood by him, denying everything. He finally left her for a younger girl.
