Sometimes things cannot be fixed while staying within the bounds of the law. My question is, when is it morally correct to break the law and how does that evaluation happen? Perhaps it doesn’t and the winner writes the history book.

Yes, I agree, completely racism based. However, I think too many folks believe they never have to put in the time to learn English. It's the "lingua franca" that unites us and should be a common bond.

It generally implies that there was some sort of clear and obvious path to take and they simply chose not to.
