I've encountered this type of person before -- you know, the type who's on the phone and speeding and nearly killing you all because *they* are in a hurry -- and the old phrase "poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part" comes to mind.

and all they need to do is wait for some 30 meg photo file to finish downloading

i left a client like that years ago, and im sure she thinks its all my fault for everything that has ever gone wrong with her biz
