Our sonics came in and bought a local, good drive-in. Couple years later Sonic went belly up, closed these stores ... of course the old, GOOD places never came back. (only lafinfil got to keep theirs)
and I always thought their food was like school cafeteria food. blecch.

The only thing is that they serve Tater TotsĀ®, which few other places do. They probably cook them in "healthy" oil now, though, giving them an unpleasant aftertaste they didn't previously have.

In and Out, top shelf.
Sonic, whatever they call the cheap stuff, well brand or something.

Sonic? In and Out?
Man, you folks must be speaking a foreign language! I have no idea what those two things are.

No Sonics or In n Outs here in this neck of the woods.
Been to a Sonic in Florida once. Better than Wendy's / BK/ McD - but not by a whole lot IMO. Not all that impressed with 5 Guys, either.

We just got a five guys down the road from us. No Sonics nearby and certainly no In-N-Out... but I travel so I'm at least familiar with them.
How does five guys compare with wendy's, BK, McD's? |
