Well, I just finished watching it and it was not bad, not bad at all. I am sure the special effects would have been much more dramatic on the big screen of a theatre rather than my 37" LCD, but they were still pretty impressive.

Thanks for all the responses, and I would say if you haven't seen it, there are worse ways to spend 2.5 hours.
