Deck,
Someone told you that you always open both doors of a french door fridge to get at anything that's not on one of the doors? Seriously? That's ridiculous. I open both doors of my french door fridge only on an as necessary basis. Need some milk? Open the right door, reach into fridge, grab milk. Want yogurt? Open left left door, grab yogurt, close door. Want a can of soda from the soda rack? Open right door, reach in, grab soda from rack, close door. End result is more often than not, I'm only opening one door.
My experience with the french door fridge is you do need to be a bit more careful about closing the doors properly. Closing one door may open the other slightly. Or, you close one door and it doesn't close all the way and you need to give it an extra shove. That's where the benefit of opening both doors comes into play. You're more likely to close both doors and make sure they're closed properly.

If I recall, full-size Kenmores are either Whirlpools or LGs. Might be why they rated in the middle of that CR lineup, with W and L on either end.

Lazy,
If you look at a Kenmore... You can use this site to decode who's making it for Sears:

Robert, you have memorized where you last put the milk or yogurt. That's why you know which door to open. There are additional challenges posed by allowing others to put stuff back, and they fail to place the milk on the pre-determined "milk" spot, and by visiting relative's houses, and Lord only knows where they keep the milk! I mean, I've asked them not to move stuff around within their own fridge, but do they listen? Curiously, they do not.

Btw, you may notice I did not find a single french door style. Bisque is killing me. My stove and dishwasher are relatively new so replacing them for color seems like a big expense. Maybe something best left to the next house.

I'd go with the second one for sure out of those two. Would it be horrible to have a mismatch for a few years? Maybe if you could find some kind of vinyl wrap to cover the stainless on the Fridge? If you are planning on selling the house, stainless sells. Number one upgrade people flipping houses put in.

Deck,
Yes. I have memorized where most food items are stored in my fridge and, when replacing items, they tend to go in the same locations. That way, my wife and I don't have to search for them. I'm sure most people do the same thing with food items in their fridges. You've never heard of someone saying, "Hey, who moved the ______?" and the response is, "It's over _____ now?" and the next response is "Grumble grumble".
