That's what racist and race-baiting trolls do.
This should settle vacationgate once and for all

You say something incorrect, somebody points it out, you fail to acknowledge it in any way, and, istead, shift the focus of the argument. You will notice that this the common strategy of any pundit who is taking out of his/her arse (dem or repub, btw). You really are the epitome of the Dunning-Kruger Effect

Maybe, Swampy, if you would just once post something with substance instead of a constant whine about Obama's personality defects, you could pretend you aren't just grinding your racist axe. You don't even get your news from credible sources: remember the famous "Obama is going to a fund raiser in Paris on the Fourth of July" story? This is the kind of drek you fall for every time. You never post a single intelligent reason why you don't like Obama, it's all about your impressions and feelings and rumors and, yeah I'll say it, prejudices. Give me some solid factual things that could happen if Obama flew to DC as soon as he heard about Foley. What would he then do that he can't do in Martha's Vineyard, exactly? Oh, wait, he would be lazing around! SO what do you care WHERE he is? Come on, give us some adult political punditry. Not whiny BS about how lazy and shiftless the Black guy is.

There you go again, $tevie. You keep pointing out that he is black. I'd feel the same way about him if he was white (or brown, or red, or yellow).
Did I say he was shiftless? Please cite it. I don't recall saying any thing about Obama fundraising in Paris. Please cite it. Credible sources? NYT, CNN, WSJ, ABC, FNC? Every bit as credible to me as your Mother Jones, HufPo, DailyKos is to you. Here's a single intelligent reason for why I don't like Obama. He's a proven liar. But if you like your President, you can keep your President. PERIOD.

I don't even read DailyKos, swampy. But I do read npr, PBS, PRI, the Atlantic, the Nation, the Boston Globe, the Washington Post, the New York Times, Anonymous News, and yes Mother Jones, sometimes HuffPo if a friend links to it on FB, I do not get my news from TV at all, not even network news. If I want to have quick rundowns of news I use Twitter not TV. Certainly not FOX TV, proven liars HA ha.
So your "intelligent" reason is just another insult. Some day, when you come here and describe a specific policy failure with specific points made about it, and don't just lob childish barbs, then perhaps I will take you seriously. As it is, you are nothing more than a low-rent Limbaugh.

No, $tevie. The insult was made by Obama to the American people when he promised....
"If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Period. If you like your insurance, you can keep Ouir insurance. Period. It was a lie. Four Pinocchios. Repeated over and over. Just one of his many lies.

I'll take that lie over "We'll be greeted as liberators" and "the oil revenues will pay for the war."
