$2.18 in one place nearby. Most others in low to mid 2.20s.

Don't get too excited. There will probably be a unscheduled shut down of a refinery for maintenance to get prices back up.

That happened in the midwest 2 months ago. Gas went up 50 cents/gal in one day.

Lack of infrastructure is expensive.
We have the same problem with natural gas in Winter here on the (North)East Coast being at the end of the natural gas pipe and being rationed the remaining expensive fumes.

Holy Hannah! Down to $1.54 this morning in Houghton Lake, and I'm 15 miles away stuck at $2.39 at the three stations in town.

$2.09 Last Thursday, went up to $2.39 on Friday and is now down to $2.27-$2.33 depending on the station.

$1.98/gallon regular here - $0.20-$0.25 higher than surrounding states (higher state gas tax).
