I do enjoy the bacon, eggs, sausage, and gravy breakfast a lot too. My cooking skills just are not so advanced...

Hang in there, Gene! I think you have made very sharp decisions so far and I trust that you and your cardiologist will work things out for the best.

Bah! If they won't feed you, order a pizza! I think they even deliver!
Keep a stiff upper lip, and all that jazz. I'm confident they will patch you up just fine.

Hang in Gene. Hospitals are dangerous places,

Agreed with billb, make a bumrush out the door of that place.
After, of course, you have done what you need to do. We'll get you through this. I mean, really, who else is going to post that pic of Allesandra.

Good news this morning. My BP and heartrate are normal! I'm on a Heparin drip and will be on monitored Coumadin for some time after I go home. Probably soon after the IV Heparin is finished.
I'm desperate for a shower, but no go until I'm off the IV. So far, things are looking a lot better. Thanks for the positive energy everyone has been sending my way. I'll post an update after I see the doctor, later this morning.

Awesome news! Can't you find an attractive nurse to give you a sponge bath?
