Orbital Science has been acquired by Northrop Grumman, owned by Lockheed Martin, who also owns a part of ULA. I think they have long since ditched manned craft; while they for a time ran resupply missions to the ISS I think they're now looking at space habitation modules.

Northrop Grumman is not owned by Lockheed Martin. There was a merger proposal about 25 years ago, it was blocked by objections from both DoD and DoJ. They are subcontractors for some Lockheed systems and they do partner with Lockheed on the F-35.

Probably want to keep things on the DL.
