Hey, we haven't had an "Obama's bogus birth certificate" thread in a while

It is what gives us our rights and provides the basis for our Republic. I honor those who have fought and died defending it. If you think that is bitter, Matt, I would be very sad for you. Gawd, do you think I've got my shot gun at the door and I'm ready to take to the streets in protest if SCOTUS rules for BHO? How absurd.

Request for the stay for Donofrio denied this morning at 10am, as per expected. I am not a supreme court expert, but I think that is the end of the story.

That includes the Berg case which has not been scheduled for consideration either. So I would be nearly 100% certain none of those 17+ cases will ever get considered at the Supreme Court.

Again, the case was tossed on a technicality and not the merits. The Supremes do not seem interested in the fact that a Nicaraguan managed to appear on the ballot for POTUS. I guess this means they think any foreign national is eligible to run. But it does leave the door open for an Arnold Arnold Schwarshenegger run. :-)

No, it means that SCOTUS found no merit in the case and let the previous lower courts' decisions to toss it stand. Not a "technicality" at all, they could have found problems with any of the reasons and decided to review. Keep hoping, but your arguments for it to go forward were weak at best, wishful thinking in reality.

If the SCOTUS makes any ruling short of ordering the deportation of Obama to Indonesia, the wacko right will proceed to accuse the SCOTUS of treason, liberal conspiracy, et. al. It will never be over for these people. Never mind that they were perfectly happy with the SCOTUS when it ruled in Bush's favor in 2000. It's the wacko-right's prejudice that Obama is not eligible, and they will accept no other conclusion even were God Himself to part the clouds to swear in Obama.
