My 16gb Kingston USB drive has been through the whole wash/spin/dryer cycle twice and works just fine. I've seen socks, rubber bands and donut bags among other things pass through the dog so I'm betting that after a good rinse and a squirt of Febreeze that drive is probably gonna be fine.
